We art directed an illustrator to capture the process of creating water hash and the steps involved in our latest sweater. We believe hash is the best experience and this piece serves as a way to explain the fascinating process. What makes this piece unique is that this process has never been illustrated in this way before, giving people a clearer understanding of how hash is made. We were inspired by ancient paper-making block prints, which used sequential illustrations to depict a process through the actions of real people.
